Each year Oruc International build only 15 exclusive Villas. These are exclusive Villas for individual clients with individual designs at affordable prices. You will, with our guidance, (you will be assigned a personal project Manager in Turkey and the UK),

 1. Choose land.
 2. Discuss your requirements with the architect and approve your plans.
 3. Agree a total build price.
 4. Agree extras such as solar panels, underground garden sprinklers etc.
 5. Agree and sign a contract.  
 6. Payment will be in stages of the build and up to completion and satisfaction.

You will receive regular updated pictures at stages in the development of your project and once built can link into our: SERVICES agreement which can look after maintenance, including the pool doctor, utilities, cleaning and even you transfers. If you would like to make some money out of your villa when you're not using it you can register with our sister company www.dalyanvillaowners.com  and they will take care of the lettings for you.
